Life gets hectic and sometimes makes it tough to get in the gym for a solid 1-hour workout. That’s why with this month’s program I decided to make them “quick-hitters.” Each of the 5 workouts are designed to hit the major muscle groups and movement patterns for power, strength, and hypertrophy; all in just 30 minutes a day!
